A significant moment in the station’s journey: Bus Radio was recognised as Best Upcoming Broadcaster in the radio category at the KUZA Awards on 31 May 2022.
The award followed the station’s earlier participation in the 2019 and 2021 awards.
For a community station, the milestone sits within a wider story of local programming, civic dialogue and work with the people of Kajiado. Its identity remains tied to Sauti ya Kajiado — the Voice of Kajiado.
